485已经pending了，难道PERM还有可能再被REF么？

-What I means is I-485 REF for your employment status. I don't think you need to worry about the Eb3 at this point and just go for EB2 if your employer will do it for you because nothing is 100% safe and you have to do everything good to you at present.
