EB3 I-485 denied - XiaoBaiTu, PJiang Help!

I-140 approved in 2006 from company A. Worked for companyA from 2005 to 2008.

Changed job last year, company A agreed to future GC when asking to take a leave.

companyA moved from one location in the city to another location in the same city. They did not update my I-140 address or I-485 address of the company.

Some notice was sent to companyA's former location in June this year, mail returned as undeliverable. I-140 was revoked by USCIS as address undeliverable.

I-485 was denied because of revoked I-140.

companyA is trying to help.

Talked with two lawyers, MTR based on AC-21.

Another lawyer said AC-21 is too late, because I-485 is already denied.

XiaoBaiTu, PiJiang, please give some opinions.
