你公司说的不对.
按USCIS的规定, EB3分三种,
EB-3 Skilled or professional workers

* Foreign national professionals with bachelor's degrees (not qualifying for a higher preference category)
* Foreign national skilled workers (minimum two years training and experience)
* Foreign national unskilled workers

您应该可以归入第二类skilled workers, 要求两年经验就可以. 这前两类都归入EB3a, 对您是有利的, EB3b通常要更慢些.
