EB3 485 File 180 天之内被 Layoff，是不是就彻底没戏了？

EB3 140 Approved, 上星期刚把 485 寄出去，H-1 第七年明年 7 月到期。
今天公司宣布裁员，第一轮侥幸躲过去了，但看来凶多吉少，要从现在开始熬够 180 天可能性很小。

请教兔姐和各位专家，如果 180 天之内被裁掉，485 是不是就彻底没戏了？
如果在 180 天之内被裁掉，我还可不可以转 H-1 到别的公司接着办 PERM?
如果现在的公司不撤消 140，我在 180 天之内转 H-1 到别的公司，刚寄出去的 485 是不是 100% 会被拒掉？
