I got 2nd FP notice yesterday.

EB3
PD: 09/2001
I485: 07/2005
1st FP: 07/2005
NC stuck since then....

Transferred from VSC to TSC: 03/2007
2nd FP: 05/2007

Does anybody have any idea what's going on there?
