EB3, pending 485. 9月已排到队,但至今未批. Looking 4 advise.

1. Are there anybody in the same boat?
2. Is this common?
3. What could possibally go wrong?
4. What can I do to speed this up?
5. How do I check the status beyond what I can get from the USCIS website?
