The first LUD is that they mailed out the reponse to my inquiry

saying my case is under review and I will receive a decision or other action within 60-90 days. I received this letter on 09/16, Sat.

LUD was updated on 09/14 for approval notice. I cannot believe it until I received it in the mail yesterday.

Have you called the center, or send the inquiry by mail? It seems your LUD a few weeks ago is not their letter reponse, otherwise you should have received it in the mail by now. Just my opionion. Because everyone's case is so different, and every IO is different too.
