提上来再问XIAO BAI TU, EB3 转ＥＢ２的问题

my eb3 rir was approved recently, pd 7/2004; i wanted to file a eb2 perm with the same employer, as the position i have now will require at least a master. can i keep the eb3 pd when i file the 140/485 under eb2? to do so, i guess i need to get the 140 approved for the eb3 rir? the lawyer the company hired said i couldn't keep the original pd, your thoughts?
