回复：EB3 I-140 has been approved just now at NSC

you need wait until your PD becomes current before you can file I-485. Together with your I-485 you and your wife can apply EAD in order to work.

But right now, the PD for EB3 is just 10/01, there maybe a long time before you can file your I-485.
