Check www.uscis.gov for processing time. Your hu*****and can file 485 after his PD is current. You both can file another 485,but need to use the same A# from the current 485. To be honest with you, I think your case may be stuck in name check. Another 485 won't help you. But it may help your hu*****and, because he is the principal this time.
