for October, which will be in effect after 10/1. Before 10/1, there is globally no visa number for EB3. By law, an individual can not file 485 before his PD is current. Otherwise,such an application will be denied even it is accepted. And INS may conclude that the period in 485 as illegal stay unless you have another valid nonimmigrant status. Be careful!
