Before this CSI disaster one could file 140/485 in 2004 or 2005, even the visa bulletin may show a date of 2001 or 2002. Following the same rule, one should be able to file I485 as long as it's not as "U", and apply for EAD later.

If they don't reject my I485, does this means I can apply for EAD.
