1)in 2005, PERM will make millions EB2 applicants boost soon who want to take advantage of the concurrent filing,EB2 will retro far more than EB3 in this finance year, b/c EB2,EB3 share the same quota(28.6%), but today EB2 is the whole meaning for PERM advantage.
2)the comming backlog center quick processing of LC and starting moving case for backlog I485 approvals, makes the huge people waiting for I485 filing and less visa number issue per year. the situation only could be worse and worse unless, congress give more visa quota , but it is obviously impposible.
3) common sense for GC processing time: LC 2-4 years, I140 1-2 years, PD waiting for I485 1-3 years, I485 pending 2years , total will be more than 10 years, without changing your jobs,
Many GC applicants will be out of the game
