Programmer EB2 or EB3 Tough

Hi,

My job title is Programmer/Analyst. According to PERM, it is Jobzone4 and requires only a Bachelor's degree with no experience. Can I try to do it in EB2? I have the following three possible choices.

1. Just say a master's degree required for the position and try to persuade my employer to put my future salary after GC above the level2 wage. If I can successfully do both, then I file EB2.

2. Just say a master's degree required for the position and try to get prevailing wage from SWA. If I can get a level1 wage, then I file EB2.

3. Just file EB3.

It seems to me that there are high risks in the first two ways with which I might get denied in the LC/140/485. If that happens, I will have to redo the whole thing in EB3 and waste lots of time.

Anybody here can teach me something? Please make a choice for me. :) Thanks a lot in advance.
