Thanks a lot for all of your response. My university does not do GC application for its employers. This is a fact I found after I start working here. I have taken it for granted! Anyway I have had to hire a lawyer by myself. So based on your analysis, I think NIW is a category I can use. However it is very risky even for an tenure-track assistant professorship.
