8老师， 我刚收到USCIS的i-485收据，但是9月的排期又倒退回去了。有几个问题想请教您。

1. 这个对绿卡申请有什么影响？-It does not affect your pending I-485 validity. 他们是不是会不处理我的案子，直到排期变成当前？-They still will process your case, e.g. fingerprinting, background check, interview, etc. But they will not approve it until the priority date becomes current again.

2. 我看收据上说要做指纹，还有面试。是不是这些所有都要被延期呀？

3. 我明年8，9月要回国看望家人，是不是会影响出行？-If your status is not H-1/H-4, you need to apply for advance parole to travel to China during the I-485 pending.
