Need to address your current posiiton title, responsibilites, salary, job start date, etc. and also say something like:

"The position has no definite term and thus, Mr. XXX has the expectation to be employed continually. The position, terms and conditions described in the Labor Certification for the I-140 immigration visa will be still available to Mr. XXX after her adjustment of status to the permanent resident".
