求问8老师 有关 转身份的问题

求问8老师：

现本人通过和专业A有关的工作申请绿卡，140批准便保住了PD。如果离开美国几年后，期间获得了专业B的学位，延用剩下的几年H1重新入境取得和专业B有关的工作，再办绿卡，用老的PD。申请绿卡时提供employment history和相关美国身份文件来证明很好的在美国境内维持身份：

第二次申请绿卡过程中，需要提供以前的工作经验的（专业A)的证明信和opt一系列材料么？还是只需要提供从重新拿h1入境与专业B相关工作开始的工作经验和相关身份文件？
