can apply for EB1b category and eb2 same time?
-Yes.
Currently eb2 perm is underway, but takes time. Can I hand in i140 for EB1b same time?
-Yes.

 secondly when is good time that changing a job won't have any impact on the GC application ?
-180 days or more after filing I-485.

 

currently on h1b, if change employer, will h1b transfer the way to go or apply for a new h1b for the new employer ?
-It is H-1 transfer which is the same procedure as filing a new H-1 petition.

The current expired till 2019. Cap exempted for my h1 b
