我的EB2 I-140批准已经超过180天，但我现在的485pending是基于今年3月EB2降级到EB3后交的，即我的EB3  I-140批准才2个多月，“I-140批准已经超过180天”后可以更换类似的工作，我是否符合这个“180天”的要求？也就是说我的I140 180天咱计算？
-The I-485 pending is counted from the date of I-485 filing and if it is pending for > 180 days, you can change the job. It does not matter whether the I-140 was just approved or approved long time ago.
