8老师, 谢谢你以前对我的帮助. 我的I485(EB2)申请已经拖了快两年, 现在移民局总算寄来个RFE, 说"The Form I-693 that you submitted in support of your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, is no longer valid or is about to exceed its validity period. Please submit a new Form I-693 completed by a designated civil surgeon to this office together with a copy of this notice."

1. 这是不是意味着我必须找医生重新体检, 再办一个新的I693?

-Correct.

2. 是不是一定要把当初的体检项目全来一遍, 还是只要做我申请期间过期的某些项目?

-Talk to the Dr.  and the Dr, knows it. Some items may not need to re-do such as some kind of vaccines.

 

另, RFE里还提及了个G28: "Please check the appropriate box regarding if there is a new Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative". 我查了一下, 是律师委托一类的表.

3. 因为我这个petition是自己申请的, 是不是就不用管这个G28了?

-Correct.
