在H1B 过期前，能同时递交 EB1A, B2， F2 签证申请吗？

EB1A, B2能拖延一下时间，但是 如果F2 提前被拒，是不是马上离境 ？

-I have answered your same/similar questions in my above reply. You can try EB-1A I-140 and file I-485 together, but not need to file B-2 or F-1/F-2 application. You need to find a job as soon as possible if you file EB-1A I-140 and I-485.
