我孩子去年11月份递交了H4转换F1申请，马上五个月了还是pengding状态，现在我的NIW排期到了，需要递交485了，听说一旦递交了485如果转换签证，则孩子就不能在作为我的dependent拿绿卡了？是这样的吗？
-Not true. As long as your child CSPA age is less than 21, he/she can file I-485 as your derivative. Of course, he/she has to have a valid status. His/her status is still H-4 during the F-1 pending before your I-485 is approved if your status is H-1 now.


我们该怎么办呢？难道只能等着直到孩子的签证转换完毕？


还是可以用孩子H4转换F1申请的收据来递交485？
