I am not very good in English, but the principle is that if you don't understand such description, you had better not use it. The simple the better for the IO to understand what you say. You had better not copy this kind of thing from internet, but write it using your own writing style. Then, ask some colleagues around you whose native language is English to take a look or revise it for you (if possible).
