?求助, EB2,老公主申请, 他已经拿到绿卡，我被要求面试，我因为指纹很浅，几乎看不出，打了三次指纹，估计还没过，但具体是什么原因只有等面试时才知道。现在律师建议先去警察局办理clearance letter，我来美国搬了三次家，不同的州，我是否每个州都需要一份clearance letter?
-It is fine to get one only from the local police department (current living area). 

如何办理？
-Go the local police department and they know how to do it for you.

外州是否还要亲自去？

这种面试是否一定要求clearance letter?
-Not necessary if not asked in the appointment letter, but it does not hurt you to get one from the local police department.
