LCA application for EB2

I am about to sumbit my LCA application, but the department of Labor is shutdown currently. my attorney office said they will have to wait for the government reopens the onlnie system.

 

I heard the priory date can be the date when DOL receive the application, right? 

 

I am worry about it will take a few more month to wait. Is it worth to submit my application by post now?
