我正在办EB2, perm 刚批。单位的律师要file 140.问我whether your hu*****and will be filing permanent resident status with you. （这个应该是140上要填得）
我老公现在有个单位已经答应给他也办eb2了（因为担心h1b到期），律师已经联系他了
。可能下个月就能开始. 他过去几年身份有点复杂（没有大毛病，可能会有点tiny issue). 所以他担心会影响我。但是我们计划是到最后一步，合起来，因为我的pd时间早。
问题有两个：１。 为什么律师现在问我老公是不是一起file, 这个对申请140有什么影响或是关系吗？我听说只有在递485的时候才考虑spouse.

2. 如果等我拿到绿卡，再给老公办绿卡，和我现在就和他一起file比起来，是不是很麻烦，他要等很久才能拿到绿卡?
