公司可能要我relocate到别的地方, 但我不太想，想问问如果失去现在这份工作对我短期合法身份(h1)的影响和绿卡申请的影响。

-Is your I-485 pending for > 180 days? If you do not want to work for this employer,temporarily it does not affect your I-485 unless USCIS send you RFE before you find a new job, so you need to find a new job in the same/similar area as soon as possible and do the H1 transfer or use EAD to work. If you still work for this employer, but at the relocated site, you need to ask the employer to file H1 amendment or you need to use EAD to work.
