EB2, 140 已批快一年，在等485排期，H1刚续了3年（是6年后的), 这个时候能换工作吗?

公司可能要我relocate到别的地方, 但我不太想，想问问如果失去现在这份工作对我短期合法身份(h1)的影响和绿卡申请的影响。请不吝赐教。
