我现在在大学做postdoc，用h1b，niw 140 已经批准，485排期还没有到
现在有学术界的faculty职位，如果我现在接受，用了h1b transfer，我以后递交485会有问题吗？
-Depends on whether your new job is still in the same/similar area (major) as the one you indicated in the NIW I-140. If you still work in your major area, that will be fine. For example, your major is biology, and you still teach or do research in biology, you will be fine.
如果是工业界的工作，是不是我一transfer h1b以后，原来的 niw 140 就失效了。
