lg今天跟公司的律师conference call

得知虽然排期到了，但是还不能递交

因为他的工资还没有到当初file perm时候的prevailing wage

而且还差好多，估计要再涨2-3次工资才行

是不是除了等就毫无其他方法了

-Not need the salary to meet the requirement at this point, but the employer needs to provide the eveidence to prove the ability to pay such as financial statement, etc. The lawyer should know that the prevail wage is for the payment after getting the green card.
