回复：急！EB2 PD current, EB1a RFE中，请问是否可以终止EB1a petition了？

我的EB2 PD是2009/12。去年8月份用律师递了EB1a。1星期前刚收到RFE。如果我这个月赶快递了485，请问现在EB1a petition是否已经没有意义了？

如果下个月EB2排期倒退呢（我总是很担忧，请大家轻拍）？- It will only impact you when retrogression occurs in 4-6 months, which is the normal processing time for an I-485. (排期对 I-485 的处理有影响吗？)
