-You only need to provide th copies of the H1 or TN approval notices and I-94s since your last entry to US. For example, if you went to Canada andd came back last month and you got the H1 I-94 at the port of entry, then you only need to provide the latest H1 approval notice and the I-94 you got at the port of entry when you returned to US last month.
