现公司已批I-140，PD是02/14/2009。

哪位老大能估计一下半年后新公司办绿卡每一步的时间？假定按现在的Perm和I-140处理时间。

-You can use the old I-140 PD (02/14/2009) as the new I-140 PD and then, wait for the PD is current to file I-485 (norammly about 5 years from your PD date, check the Visa Bulletin every month).
