EB2快到排期跳槽是否还要申H1B？

PERM PD 6/2007。现在对方公司律师说用现有的EAD（6/2012到期）工作perfectly
fine。当然如果我想要的话，也可以申请H1B。我目前的H1B签证到12/31/2011就六年期满了。

请问这种情况下申请H1B还有没有必要？

-You had better do H1 transfer for another 3 years using the I-140 approval notice just in case something happens in your I-485 so that you still have H1 status.

会不会反而画蛇添足confuse移民局？
