我在Master 学位之前在公司用CPT工作， 然后Master后OPT工作，十月后H1B工作。 公司律师说我只能用EB3 来申请绿卡，因为我在公司工作时还没有Master Degree.
-I don't agree with the lawyer. The PERM reguations just says you can not use the experience you get from your current employer for applicaiton for the PERM position in the same employer (sponsor). Obviously, the Master degree you got is not from the employer, but from your Master study program in your school which has nothing to do with the employer. So, as long as the position requires Master's degree, you should be qualified for the EB2.
Change the lawyer if this one still thinks that way.
