我的EB2的140被denial了，因为PERM上的职位只是本科学位加两年工作经验，

-EB2 position needs 本科学位加 at least 5 年工作经验 or Master's degree. Your position description is obviously an EB3 position. Id on't know why your lawyer filed EB2 for you for this position.

请问我还有没有机会appeal?

-Don't think you will win. I don't suggest you to file appeal.

有没有可能申请EB3的140，但是PERM已经过期了.

-Maybe you still can use that PERM to file Eb3 I-140. If so, you still can use the old PERM priority date. So, talk to your lawyer as soon as possible.
