Hi, i'm seeking some help/advice with my case.
My EB2 was filed in 2006 and with a 2/1/2007 priority date. I called NSC on 7/1/2011 to let them know i'm waiting for the approval and ask for expedited service if any. The rep sent a ticket and today i got this email reply from USCIS saying my case is pending due to unfinished FBI background check. Please help me or advice me what I can do besides waiting. I'm just surprised they haven't cleared my background check after all those years.
