另外想问问孩子需要体检和打指纹吗？

-Yes. Provide the 体检 report with the I-485 filing. The kid's I-485 filing fee is only $635 if the kid is < 14 years old and file the I-485 with your spouse together (put both I-485s in one packet and send them together) and no biometric fee for the kid in this case though the kid still need to do biometric Code 2 later. If the kid is > 14, everything is the same as the parent.
