请教8老师，皮老师，关于EB2工资的要求。
我是2006年时办的PERM. 当时广告的要求是a minimum of Master's degree or alternatively a Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience. 我到现在都不知道我的工资应该是多少才能满足着个广告的要求。现在485发了RFE.
-Are you sure the RFE is for your I-485 and it is related to your prevail salary? It is strange to me because I-485 RFE normally is not related to prevail salary (the prevail salary is related to PERM and I-140, not I-485). If this I-485 RFE ask your employment status, just ask your employer to provide a employment verification letter, and this is enough.
所以必须得要弄清楚。去flcdata查了,有四个Level.听人说虽然是EB２，并不是满足Level 2 工资就行了，如果广告上象我那样的，得是Level 3 才行。
-Was your I-140 approved yet? If yes, that means your salary met the requirement. So, your current salary will not affect your I-485.
1. 请问是这样的吗？
2. 是得看2006年的data, 还是看2011年的data?
律师的助手说，2006年她们file工资要求时，对方的答复是level １就行。我对她这样的回答没法相信。那不是EB3的要求吗？
以下是2001年flcdata的工资。我的介于Level 2与Level 3之间。
Level 1 Wage: $23.48 hour - $48,838 year
Level 2 Wage: $29.60 hour - $61,568 year
Level 3 Wage: $35.71 hour - $74,277 year
Level 4 Wage: $41.83 hour - $87,006 year
