我的学位是Master in Fine Arts，现在在一个小公司做graphic designer,公司同意给办绿卡，公司说可以办EB2, 但我的律师说不好办perm，请问各位老师，这种情况应该怎么申请，真的不想办EB3, 太慢了...

-Your employer needs to justify that the position must require the Master's degree. Talk to an experienced lawyer.
