EB2 priority date 问题

My I140 for EB2 has been approved, and hasn't yet applied for I485. I am thinking about changing the job (similar job requirements and responsibilities). My understanding is that my new company will have to re-file PERM and I-140, but I can keep my previous priority date (01/2008), is that correct? Thanks a lot!
