回复：弱问，我的情况能申请EB2吗？

公司最近同意给我办绿卡，在加入公司之前我有3年工作经验。虽然有美国Engineering的PhD （直博，没有硕士学位），但是毕业后一直在IT行业打滚。工作内容和我当初学的不属于同一专业。

请前辈指教我这样的情况有没有希望申请EB2

-Yes if the PERM position requires MS or higher (e.g. Ph.D) degree. So, depends on the position requirment.
