EB2 based 140 approved and PD cuurent,but now has one year gap w

in this case can I still submit 485?

140 PD May 2006

approved Jun 2006

no job since 2007, but has a H1b approval notice until 2009 (don't think employer report for lost of job)

is it possible to apply H1 and use this 140 for 485?
