我是中国大陆出生的。公司推荐我现在就和140一起file485。

-Then, you can not file the I-485 concurrently with the I-140 filing this time. Otherwise, your I-485 will be rejected and thus, waste your money for the physical exam fee. Your company does not know the immigration law.

Priority Date还有好几年才会到。我怕到时候移民局会把我的485弄丢了，就没有答应。我这样是不是比较傻？
