谁知道vermont的140大概批到什么时候了？(EB2)

看INS网站上vermont的I-140 (EB2)停在2003年11月20号好久了一直没动过。有哪位大侠是最近批准的吗？我是今年2月初同时递的140和485，最近收到FP。
