EB2 question

My EB2 priority date is Jan/16/2006.
Just noticed that the latest EB2 cutting date is Mar/01/2006.
So I should be in there now....

However, I still didn't receive any update from USCIS.
Is this normal?

How long I should expect any update from them?
Anyway to check the status of my case?
What should I expect from them?
