EB2 485 pending 3年了，2007大潮递的，有EAD但是没有启用，还是用H-1B在工作。去年两次出镜再回美都是用的AP。现在我很久以前file的亲属移民也到期了，可以递交485。

请问有两个485会有什么不良影响吗？

我打算DIY亲属移民的485。现在在看亲属移民的485的申請过程，试着自己填485的表格，但是有些地方不清楚怎么填。比如说，

1. 485要填current USCIS status和expiration date，我是填H-1B呢，
-Yes.
还是填"485 pending, AOS"?
-No.

如果填AOS, 会不会对亲属移民的这个485有什么不良影响，还有这个expiration date怎么填？

1. Alien number填哪一个?
-The one indicated in your pending I-485 receipt.

3. In what status did you last enter? (visitor, student, temporary worker) 这个怎么填呢？
-Parolee.

我上次入境是从国内探亲回美，用的是EB2 签发的AP. 那我就填Advance Parole吗？填Advance Parole是不是就和用H-1B冲突了？但如填H-1B worker, 接下来就要问non immigrant visa number, 以及Consulate where visa was issued，这些我又确实没有，没有在国内签过H-1B 入境的visa

4. Have you ever applied for permanent resident status in US? If "Yes", give date and place of filing, and final disposition. 这里，我是不是就老老实实说Yes,
-Correct. Tell the truth.

然后写上现在Eb2的485还在pending，因为priority date没有current?
