如果file了EB2，140批了，等优先日期。而EB3的优先日期因为某种原因超过EB2了，可不可以直接File EB2的485?
-Yes, your can file your I-485 based on either Eb2 I-140 or EB3 I-140 in this case as long as the PD becomes current.
