用EAD卡工作，如果被雷，

1，是否公司一定会通知移民局？随后招来RFE？

2，如果领失业保险，是否会影响到485的批准？

-- if you are the main applicant, you can not apply for UI, otherwise it might affect your case; if you are the spouse and work under EAD, you can apply for UI.
